Rotary FeederThe working principle involves a rotating discharge valve with a rotor inside, which has multiple blades. The material in the upper hopper falls due to gravity and fills the gaps between the blades. The material is discharged from the bottom outlet as the rotor rotates. Since the spaces between the rotor blades are uniform, the rotor speed can be either constant or variable. Therefore, the rotating discharge valve is widely used in industries such as environmental protection, metallurgy, chemicals, grain, cement, road construction, and others for unloading, feeding, and metering of powdered and granular materials. What's more, with the development of microcomputer technology, the demand for real-time supply of powdered and granular materials in various industries is continuously growing, making the combination of the rotating discharge valve with frequency conversion and speed regulation the most ideal solution for real-time feeding.

Model of the rotary feeder:

(One) Standard Type, Code J

The top and bottom flanges of the rotary feeder are typically square or round, or can be selected by the user. The standard model is generally suitable for windless pressure conditions.

(2) Wear-Resistant Impeller, Code N indicates

The features of the rotary feeder include the tip of the rotor blades being made of special wear-resistant material, ensuring a good contact between the blade tips and the inner wall of the housing. After wear, the blade tips can be easily adjusted to maintain a good contact with the inner wall of the housing. If a sealed-type rotor is used, it offers better gas locking performance. The wear-resistant type is mainly suitable for materials with strong grinding properties.

(3) High-Temperature Resistant Model; Code H indicates

The temperature of the material conveyed by the rotary feeder can reach up to 280°C, and the bearings at both ends are adequately isolated to prevent ultra-fine powder from contacting the bearings.
