Oil and gas lubrication, in addition to the widespread use of thin oil lubrication methods in various mechanical equipment, also employs dry oil lubrication in many friction pairs. Dry oil lubrication is achieved through the use of grease.
Lubricating medium for mechanical friction pairs.

Among various machinery and equipment, in addition to the widespread use of thin oil lubrication methods; dry oil lubrication is also employed in many friction pairs, where lubricating grease is used as the lubricant.
A complete system that supplies lubricating grease to lubrication points for mechanical friction pairs, through a dry oil station. The system is designed based on the function of the friction pairs, the lubrication method, and the operating environment.
Similarly, some use a manual lubricating gun to add grease to the lubrication points, while others, due to the large number of lubrication points, must employ a centralized dry oil lubrication system to add grease regularly. Below
Based on the different driving methods of the dry oil lubrication system, the number of supply lines, the pipeline layout type, and the action sequence of applying grease to the lubrication point (single-line oil feeder) during supply.
The following classifications and relevant information are provided for reference in the design and selection of oil-free lubrication systems.
I. Classification of Centralized Lubrication Systems for Dry Oils
(1) Based on the lubrication drive method
Manual Centralized Greasing System (see Figure 1)
② Automatic centralized oil lubrication system. Due to different power sources, it can be further divided into two types: electric and pneumatic.
(2) Based on the number of pipelines supplying lubricant to the lubrication points
Single-line supply grease centralized lubrication system (as shown in Figures 2-5)
② Dual-line (dual-tube) lubrication system for grease supply (as shown in Figures 6-9)
(3) Based on the layout of the dual-line supply pipeline
① Overflow (Point-of-Use) Centralized Lubrication System (as shown in Figure 7)
② Ring-type (Loop-type) Centralized Dry Oil Lubrication System (as shown in Figure 8)
(4) Based on the action sequence of pressure feeding grease (single-line grease feed unit) to the lubrication point
Single-line sequential (see Figure 4)
② Single-line non-sequential (see Figure 2)
③ Single-line looping style (See Figure 3)
Section 2: Manual Centralized Lubrication System
For equipment with limited lubrication points and machines that do not require frequent oil lubrication, a wide adoption of manual dry oil lubrication systems is common, as shown in Figure 1.
