Automatic Spin DryerThe working principle involves the application of Archimedes' Law, the lever principle, and the principle of uniform pressure inside a container filled with liquid. It relies on the buoyancy difference of the float ball in the oil-water medium, causing the float ball to move up and down.

Activating through an amplification mechanism that increases force, the buoyancy difference obtained by the float is magnified, which then controls the opening of the drainage valve as the motive power, achieving the objectives of cutting water and sealing oil, thereby achieving automatic dehydration.

Automatic Drainage DeviceThe feature is the adoption of a unique non-back pressure design structure, which makes the valve operation more flexible, and it also allows for remote automatic monitoring of the system according to the user's needs, thereby improving the tank farm's water cutoff management.

1. Perfectly utilizing Archimedes' Principle and the amplification principle of levers, it cleverly converts the buoyancy difference caused by the density difference between oil and water into power, achieving automatic water cutting without energy consumption.

2. Oil and water can be automatically separated after entering the separator; excess oil can quickly return to the oil tank. When the water level in the separator reaches a certain height, the valve core opens to drain, and when the water level drops to a certain height, the valve core closes automatically.

3. Upon completion of the dehydration process, the water separator maintains a certain water level to form an automatic water seal; the dehydration valve (dehydration valve) undergoes two sealing operations to ensure no oil leakage.
