Steam Jet Ejector

A steam jet vacuum pump operates by using a certain pressure of working steam that passes through a Laval nozzle, reducing pressure and increasing speed to supersonic levels, where it mixes with the medium to be evacuated in the suction chamber. This mixture is then carried forward, entering an expansion tube where it decelerates and increases pressure, before being discharged to the next stage jet or atmosphere, thereby creating a vacuum in the suction chamber. Depending on the user's requirements for vacuum level, each steam jet vacuum pump can be equipped with a single or multiple stages of jets connected in series. The more stages, the higher the vacuum level (and the lower the residual pressure).

The relationship between the general suction pressure and the stage is as follows:

To reduce the working load and steam consumption of the first and second stage injectors, an intermediate condenser is installed between the first and second stage injectors.

To reduce the exhaust noise of the first-stage nozzle, a silencer is installed after the first-stage nozzle.

There are three types of intermediate condensers: spray direct cooling, mixed direct cooling, and tube-side intercooling.

2JH series: Suitable for vacuum concentration evaporation of chemical fiber dehydration, oil dehydration, inorganic salts, alkali solutions, and other compounds.
3JH series: Suitable for glycerin distillation, oil distillation, oil decolorization, slicing drying, vacuum degassing, monomer recovery, concentration crystallization, vacuum impregnation, vacuum humidity control, etc.
4JH series: Suitable for fatty acid distillation, oil deodorization, concentration crystallization, sublimation drying, vegetable vacuum dehydration, etc.
5JH Series: Suitable for polyester degassing, pharmaceutical sublimation drying, steel liquid vacuum treatment, etc.
