Operating Principle:

Fluidized bed activated carbon gas-solid jet unit, powered by a centrifugal blower (air compressor, Roots blower) as the gas source, utilizing the gas-solid two-phase flow principle, combining fluidization technology, jet technology, and pressure difference principle. It employs an electric rotating feeder as the feeding device to send the material into the material-gas mixing chamber. While the material is fluidized in the mixing chamber, the material is propelled into the acceleration chamber by the high-speed air stream generated by the double-looped nozzle. It enters the conveying pipeline as a suspended flow and is conveyed into the receiving bin along the pipeline by utilizing the air pressure difference. Material-gas separation occurs, and after being filtered by a bag dust collector, the gas is released into the atmosphere.
