Powdered Organic Fertilizer Overview: The powdered organic fertilizer production line is a relatively simple method of organic fertilizer processing, with fewer steps compared to granular organic fertilizer. The process is straightforward, requiring minimal investment and space. The amount of investment can be determined based on the quantity of raw materials. The powdered organic fertilizer production line is quite simple, as it only requires a few pieces of equipment from raw material processing to finished product. Key equipment includes fermentation turning machines, crushers, sifters, and packaging machines to produce organic fertilizer.

Process Flow:

The organic fertilizer raw materials are mixed, with the C/N ratio maintained between 23-28, and the moisture content of the mixed material controlled at 52%-68%.

2. Raw Material Piling Requirements: Height, width, and length are flexible; ensure proper natural ventilation.

The temperature of the material pile begins to rise, indicating the start of fermentation. Once the temperature exceeds 60 degrees, maintain it for 48 hours before turning the pile. (However, if the temperature exceeds 70 degrees, turn the pile immediately.) Ensure thorough and even turning of the pile, aiming to incorporate as much lower-level material into the upper part of the pile for full decomposition. The number of turns is determined based on the decomposition level of the material. At this stage, a trench turner can be utilized.

4. Once fermented and composted, the organic fertilizer is ready for immediate use and can also be dried, packaged, and stored.
