304 stainless steel sheet is a versatile stainless steel material with superior corrosion resistance compared to 200 series stainless steels. It also exhibits good heat resistance. 304 stainless steel boasts excellent corrosion resistance and good intergranular corrosion resistance. In experiments with oxidizing acids, it was found that 304 stainless steel sheet has strong corrosion resistance in nitric acid with a concentration of ≤65% below its boiling point. It also demonstrates good corrosion resistance against alkaline solutions and most organic and inorganic acids.

Chemical Composition

C：≤0.07 ，Si ：≤1.0 Mn ：≤2.0 ，　Cr ：17.0～19.0 ，Ni ：8.0～11.0，　S ：≤0.03 ，P ：≤0.035。

304 stainless steel sheet is widely used for its excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low-temperature strength, and mechanical properties; it has good formability for stamping and bending, and does not exhibit hardening after heat treatment.
