Punched Chain Plate

Perforated chain plates are primarily used on cleaning and drying lines, and can be drilled according to the requirements of the production environment. The hole size is generally determined by the thickness of the plate and the material to be conveyed, with hole sizes ranging from 2mm to 20mm available. The material is selected based on the usage environment; stainless steel 201 can handle most applications that do not come into contact with acidic, alkaline, or corrosive materials. In contrast, stainless steel 304 is needed. For temperatures above 600 degrees Celsius, 304 is insufficient; stainless steel 316 is required to meet the standards.
