The chain plate conveyor uses standard chain plates as the supporting surface, powered by a motor and reducer. By running multiple rows of chain plates in parallel, we can make the conveyor wide and create differential speeds. Utilizing the speed differences between the rows, we can convert multiple-row conveyance into a single-row without compression, meeting the single-row conveying requirements for equipment like beverage labeling, filling, and cleaning. We can design the heads and tails of two chain plate conveyors to overlap in a mixed chain configuration, keeping bottles (tins) in a dynamic transition state, ensuring no material is left on the conveyor line. This allows for pressure-free and pressurized conveying of empty and filled bottles.
