By running multiple rows of chain plates in parallel, we can make the conveyor very wide and create differential speeds. This allows multiple rows of conveyance to be converted into a single row without any squeezing, meeting the requirements for single-row conveyance in equipment like labeling, filling, and cleaning. We can design the heads and tails of two chain conveyors to overlap, creating a mixed chain, which keeps the bottles (cans) in a dynamic transition state, ensuring no material is left on the conveyor.
