Spiral conveyors, often used in the food industry, require high cleanliness standards. Therefore, cleaning is typically performed after the product is manufactured, primarily using specialized degreasers, acid washing, or electrolytic polishing.

Spiral conveyor belts are commonly used in the quick-freezing food industry and are an essential component of quick-freezing machines. Unlike ordinary woven metal belts, these belts are composed of thicker stainless steel bars, U-shaped chains, and stainless steel caps. They are not hand-woven, with the main process being welding, which can be challenging. The stainless steel bars, U-shaped chains, and caps must be welded together at a single weld point. The welding current needs to be adjusted to a higher level to ensure a strong and durable weld, with a neat and aesthetically pleasing appearance. Standard sizes include 700mm and 800mm widths, but custom sizes can be manufactured according to customer requirements.
