A chain conveyor is a material handling machine that continuously transports materials along a certain route, also known as a continuous conveyor, and is divided into belt and chain types. The conveyor can perform horizontal, inclined, and vertical conveyance, and can also form a spatial conveying route. The conveying route is generally fixed. Key Features 1. High conveying capacity; conveyors allow for the transportation of large quantities of materials in smaller spaces, with a conveying capacity ranging from 6 m³/h to 600 m³/h. 2. Low energy consumption; by utilizing the internal frictional force of the material, it converts pushing into pulling, resulting in a 50% energy saving compared to spiral conveyors. 3. Sealed, a fully sealed housing ensures dust has no way in, offering reliable operation and performance. 4. Long service life with conveyer chains made from alloy steel processed using advanced heat treatment methods, with normal lifespan >5 years, and roller lifespan on the chain (depending on different materials) ≥2-3 years. 5. Flexible process layout available for elevated, ground-level, or underground placement; can be installed horizontally or on a slope (≤15°); also suitable for both horizontal and sloping installations on the same machine; multi-point material entry and exit options. 6. Low operational costs, energy-saving, durable, minimal maintenance, and low expenses (about 1/10 of a spiral machine), ensuring the smooth operation of the main unit to increase output, reduce consumption, and enhance profitability. Chain-link conveyors complement traditional belt conveyors, overcoming the drawbacks of belt tearing, piercing, and corrosion, and providing customers with a quick and easy-to-maintain conveying solution. Due to the use of modular chain belts and the chain wheel-driven transmission, the conveying belts are less prone to snake and drift, and the thick belts can withstand cutting and collisions, as well as being oil and water-resistant. These features make maintenance and repair hassle-free for various industries, particularly reducing costs when replacing the plastic steel belt on conveyors. Different materials of chain belts can serve various conveying functions and meet different environmental requirements. We modify the plastic material to ensure the conveyor belts can operate within temperatures ranging from -10°C to 120°C. Available chain pitch options are 12.7, 19.05, 25.4, 27.2, 38.1, and 50.8 mm, with perforation rates ranging from 2% to 48%.
