By running multiple rows of chain plates in parallel, we can make the conveyor very wide and create differential speeds. Utilizing the speed differences between the rows, we can convert multiple-row conveyance into a single-row without any compression, meeting the requirements of single-row conveyance for equipment like labeling, filling, and cleaning. We can design the heads and tails of two chain plate conveyors to overlap in a mixed chain configuration, keeping the bottles (cans) in a dynamic transition state, ensuring no material is left on the conveyor line. This allows for pressure and pressureless conveyance of both empty and filled bottles.
