Heavy-duty chain plate conveyor

The chain conveyor is powered by a motor reducer, using standard chain plates as the carrying surface. By running multiple rows of chain plates in parallel, we can make the conveyor wide and create differential speeds. Utilizing the speed differences between the rows, we can convert multiple-row conveyance into a single-row without any extrusion, meeting the requirements for single-row conveyance in equipment like beverage labeling, filling, and cleaning. We can design the heads and tails of two chain conveyors as overlapping mixed chains, keeping bottles (tins) in a dynamic transition state, ensuring no material is left on the conveyor line. This allows for pressure and pressureless conveyance of empty and filled bottles.
