In line with the characteristics of iron gates, a combination of automatic and manual spray guns is employed for supplementary spraying, with the aim of real-time monitoring of the spray coating quality to ensure product stability. The curing conditions for general pure polyester powder coatings are typically 200°C for 10 minutes, achieved by adjusting the temperature and chain speed of the heating furnace. After spraying, the iron gates are dried with cold air. During the drying process, the workpieces are inspected. Allowable defects, such as sagging, bubbling, exposed base, and pinholes, can be treated with acetone to dilute the powder coating. The defects are coated or sprayed on while the workpiece is still moist, allowing residual heat to cure them. For major defects, repair treatment is required. Different methods are selected based on the film thickness, generally involving re-spraying, mechanical polishing, or treatment with a stripping agent.
