According to the "General Industrial Solid Waste Storage and Landfill Pollution Control Standards" (GB18599-2020), leakage detection of the impermeable membrane is conducted upon completion. The slope employs the electric spark method, while the bottom of the storage area uses the double electrode method. A CMA inspection report is issued after the detection, which, along with the Construction Quality Assurance Certificate, serves as the basis for the completion environmental protection acceptance.
