UGM-D High-Strength Non-Shrink Track Mortar is a high-strength non-shrink grouting material developed by our company. It boasts advantages such as high fluidity, extended workability time, and high strength, and has been successfully applied in various track installation projects, including cranes and underhung cranes. Additionally, this material features early strength at low temperatures (winter application type), making it suitable for track installations in low-temperature environments during winter. ● Key Features: Standard models can meet the normal use requirements of the track after 1 day of construction. Early strength type with a compressive strength of over 20MPa at 2 hours, meeting the fast track installation requirements. High fluidity, non-segregating, non-sagging, easy to apply, ensuring construction quality. Wide water consumption range, adjusting the mixing water volume can achieve the desired fluidity. Minimal liquidity loss, long operational time. Performance Specifications: ● Construction Method: The clay used for track professional applications should be stored in a dry, cool place, avoiding direct sunlight and rain. 2. Clean oil stains, cement laitance, and other impurities from the surface of the concrete foundation. 3. Prior to construction, clean the foundation surface using a high-pressure water jet or air gun. Wet the concrete surface thoroughly with water 24 hours before construction, and remove any residual moisture before grouting. 4. Add water to mix according to the recommended amount during construction, and reduce the water amount to maintain flowability. The track mortar is typically mixed mechanically, and it is advisable to use up the mixture within 30 minutes. Do not add more water during the second mix, as it will decrease the strength of the track mortar. 5. During grouting, continuously pour from one side of the track until it overflows to the other side and is fully filled, without interruption, and aim to minimize the grouting time. Operations must be continuous from the start of mixing to the end of grouting; if the track is long, construction can be done in sections. 6. Post-grouting, immediate maintenance should commence by covering with straw bags or plastic film and watering at regular intervals. For plastic film maintenance, the film should be removed to spray water directly onto the track mortar surface. 7.
