UGM-Z盆式橡胶支座 installation requires specialized grouting material. The UGM-Z rubber support installation grouting material images (hereinafter referred to as UGM-Z) are developed in collaboration between Nanjing Teheng Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and the China National Building Material Research Institute. They are early-strength, high-strength, micro-expansive, and non-shrinkable, specifically designed for the installation of bridge盆式 rubber supports. Their performance criteria fully comply with the technical requirements of Appendix A of the "Temporary Technical Conditions for Bridge盆式 Rubber Supports on Passenger Dedicated Lines" (Science and Technology Basis No. 2005-101). Suitable for: grouting of simply supported box girder盆式 rubber supports, cast-in-place girder bridge盆式 rubber supports, and grouting for top-mounted multi-plate盆式 rubber supports! Application Range: 1. Excellent fluidity, non-segregation, no bleeding, no need for vibration, and good workability. 2. Wide water content range, simply adjust the mixing water content to achieve the desired fluidity and final strength. 3. Low liquidity loss, with a long operational duration. 4. Dual effects of plastic expansion and hardening expansion, ensuring an early and high-strength effective bearing surface. Usage Instructions and Precautions: 1. Clean the subgrade thoroughly, removing any loose dust, oil stains, and other substances that hinder adhesion. The subgrade should be pre-wetted with water for at least 1-2 hours before construction, and ensure no standing water during the grouting process. 2. Set up the formwork before grouting and check its sealing to prevent leakage during grouting, which may affect the grouting quality. 3. For large quantities, a forced-action mixer can be used. The process is as follows: Pour the UGM-Z into the mixer, measure the recommended amount of mixing water (which must meet the JGJ 63-2006 standard), and first add about three-quarters of the mixing water. Mix for 1-2 minutes, then add the remaining mixing water and continue mixing until uniform. Avoid overloading the mixer; aim to finish mixing within 20 minutes. 4. For small quantities, use an electric stirrer gun. Follow these steps: First, pour all the measured mixed water into the mixing container. Then, add three-quarters of the corresponding UGM-Z to the mixing container. Stir for 30 seconds, and then add the remaining UGM-Z to the container and continue stirring until uniform. The entire mixing process takes approximately 1 to 21 minutes, depending on the power and speed of the electric stirrer gun. 5. After thorough mixing, the UGM-Z should be allowed to stand for 1-2 minutes to dissipate bubbles before proceeding with the casting. 6. After grouting is completed, the exposed part of UGM-Z should be promptly covered with plastic film or a wet straw bag for moisture maintenance. Wait for UGM-Z to harden (approximately 1.5 hours at 20°C) before watering and maintaining it to ensure the UGM-Z surface remains moist. The maintenance period should not be less than 3 days. 7. The strength and curing speed of UGM-Z grouting material are closely related to environmental temperature. In winter construction, necessary measures such as mixing with hot water and insulation maintenance should be adopted to achieve better early strength. 8. After grouting, it should be avoided to weld or cut steel plate components that come into contact with the grouting layer to prevent deformation due to heat, which may cause the components to detach from or crack the grouting layer. 9. During on-site use, this product has not been tested and is strictly prohibited from being mixed with any materials. 10. Shelf life is 6 months when stored unopened, in a dry and well-ventilated environment.
