UGM-G High-Flow, Non-Shrink, High-Strength Grouting Material

Ningheng Brand UGM-G High-Flow, Non-Shrink High-Strength Grouting Material (shortened to UGM-G) is a specialized grouting material produced under the guidance of experts from the China National Building Material Research Institute by Nanjing Teheng Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. It combines years of experience in concrete grouting material production and application technology with the requirements of nuclear power engineering grouting. The UGM-G features ultra-high fluidity, non-shrinkage, early strength, high strength, high bonding, high durability, and resistance to oil penetration. All technical specifications meet the requirements of JC/T986-2005 and GB/T50448-2008 standards. UGM-G is made with high-strength materials as aggregates, high-grade cement as a binder, and high-performance imported polymer rheological agents, supplemented by functional additives for high fluidity, slight expansion, anti-segregation, and anti-settling. It only requires the addition of a certain amount of water on-site during application, followed by thorough mixing. It is suitable for large-scale mechanical and electrical equipment installation projects; secondary grouting for steel structures and concrete connections; post-tensioning grouting; construction joints for subway and tunnel underground projects; secondary reinforcement of beams and columns; and repair and reinforcement of various concrete structures, as well as emergency repair projects. It is particularly suitable for projects with special requirements for grouting material fluidity, such as nuclear power installation projects.

Application Methods and Key Points:

1. When mixing UGM-G grouting material, the water amount should generally be added according to the recommended water quantity on the product inspection report provided with the shipment, typically 17-19% of the UGM-G amount. Adjust the amount slightly based on the on-site construction conditions. For high-temperature construction, add a small amount of water to achieve the desired flowability. For cold-weather construction, use warm water below 20°C to mix and enhance its fluidity. The mixing water should be potable; when using other water sources, comply with the current "Standard for Concrete Mixing Water."

Prior to pouring, the space to be filled should be cleaned thoroughly, and the concrete surface should be roughened and wetted sufficiently for more than 12 hours.

3. Mixing of UGM-G grouting material can be done with mechanical or manual mixing. It is more advisable to use mechanical mixing, which typically takes about 5 minutes. For manual mixing, first add 2/3 of the water, and mix for about 6 minutes. Then, add the remaining water and continue mixing until uniform.

4. The mixing site should be as close as possible to the grouting construction site, with the distance not to be too long.

5. The amount to stir each time should be determined by the usage, ensuring the material is used up within 60 minutes.

6. When conducting construction in winter, the mixing water for UGM-G grouting material should comply with the relevant provisions of the current "Construction and Acceptance Code for Reinforced Concrete Engineering (GB50204)."

7. After grouting, it should be avoided to weld or cut steel plate components in contact with the grouting layer to prevent the formation of feathers due to heat deformation, which may cause them to detach from or crack the grouting layer.

8. During on-site use - No other materials are permitted to be mixed with UGM-G grouting material without prior testing.

9. This product has a shelf life of six months when stored unopened, in a dry and ventilated environment.
