Product Description
During the discharge of rainwater and wastewater, it is inevitable to carry many floating objects and solid particle matter. If these solid substances are not treated, their sedimentation may block pipes or equipment, increase the difficulty and cost of treatment at wastewater treatment plants, and cause pollution to natural water bodies. Therefore, it is necessary to process the solid substances.
Fully automatic solid matter interception device, capable of effectively intercepting floating debris and solid particles in rainwater and wastewater, with an automatic cleaning function.
Self-cleaning horizontal grates are applicable in urban drainage projects and can be installed before overflow weirs, regulating ponds, and similar locations.
The self-cleaning level grating system consists of the grating body, oil cylinder, hydraulic station, ultrasonic liquid level gauge, and control system. High-definition cameras can also be added as per requirement to monitor the operation of the grating in real-time.

Product Features
1. Self-cleaning horizontal grates are used to intercept floating debris in the rainwater entering the regulating pond, preventing suspended solids and debris from clogging the grates. After the water level in the buffer pond drops, the suspended solids intercepted by the horizontal grates can flow downstream with the water current.
2. Self-cleaning horizontal grating is installed horizontally, with the grating secured to the frame, composed of special slats for minimal head loss; during overflow, wastewater flows horizontally through the grating, trapping floatables and solids. To prevent solid matter from clogging the grating, when the sensor detects water level exceeding a certain height, the oil cylinder activates, driving the rake teeth to move left and right, clearing solid matter from the grating, with the cleaned solids remaining on the wastewater side.
3. The oil cylinder's corrosion protection level is not less than IP68.
4. The guide blocks are made from high polymer materials with self-lubricating properties, eliminating metal-to-metal friction, featuring a low friction coefficient, and ensuring flexible and reliable raking action.
5. All other components are made of stainless steel and treated with pickling and passivation, offering strong corrosion resistance and a long service life in rainwater, domestic wastewater, and most industrial effluents.
