Product Overview

Traditional格栅cleaning machines are mostly semi-subterranean, using ordinary格栅cleaning machines to intercept and retrieve suspended and floating matter from wastewater. After the garbage is retrieved, it must be transported out through screw conveyor equipment or manual cleaning, which can cause secondary pollution to the surrounding environment. The construction and operation costs of pump stations are high, and there is a severe odor around the stations, especially in summer when there are many flies, mosquitoes, and pests, contributing to further environmental pollution.

This equipment employs specialized technology to crush medium to large solid particles in wastewater and sludge into fine particles of 8-10mm, which are then processed together with the wastewater in subsequent treatment stages. Working Principle

The粉碎型格栅除污机 consists of a submersible motor, gearbox, side panels, drive shaft, cutting blades, vertical drum, seals, mounting brackets, auxiliary grates, submersible cable, electrical control box, and standby manual grates. Once the motor starts, the blades and vertical drum rotate at different speeds simultaneously. Solid floating matter in the wastewater is intercepted and sent to the cutting area by the rotating grate as it enters the drum zone. The two blades rotating at different speeds quickly perform axial and radial cuts, reducing the matter into fine particles of 8-10mm. The finely crushed particles are then pumped out with the water, effectively preventing pump entanglement and blockage. The auxiliary grate assists in intercepting pollutants during high water levels.
