Product Description
Integrated stainless steel smart flow control well for sponge city construction, black and odorous water body treatment, and intelligent drainage projects for stormwater and wastewater separation. It automatically switches and diverts rainwater and wastewater within the rainwater network, allowing the front-end wastewater and a small amount of initial rainwater to enter the wastewater network, preventing wastewater from flowing into rivers, lakes, etc., and contaminating natural water bodies. At the same time, it avoids a large volume of rainwater entering the wastewater network, which increases the load on wastewater treatment plants. It purifies natural water bodies while saving resources for wastewater treatment, making it a product for sponge city construction, black and odorous water body treatment, and purification of natural water bodies.
Main Components
The integrated stainless steel intelligent shutoff well is primarily composed of a cylinder, a waste interception gate, a rainwater gate, an inlet grille, a wastewater lifting unit, a hydraulic control system, pressure sensors, a rain gauge, a weatherproof control cabinet, and an intelligent cloud monitoring platform. The cylinder is made of 304 stainless steel with full-welded construction and surface sandblasting passivation treatment, produced mechanically, and ready for shipment, offering corrosion resistance, easy installation, shortening the construction period, and occupying less land area, replacing traditional brick-lined wells or reinforced concrete wells. The waste interception gate and effluent gate use stainless steel plate throttling gates, with good sealing properties, hydraulic drive, ample power, and easy operation. The wastewater lifting unit employs a coupling mechanism, with valves and pipes made of 304 stainless steel, facilitating installation and maintenance. To prevent pump clogging by debris, a 304 stainless steel lifting basket grille is installed at the inlet, intercepting large debris. The lifting basket is connected with a specialized coupling hook, which is lifted along the guide rod for cleaning without entering the well. The monitoring system uses pressure sensors and a rain gauge for control, allowing gate opening to be adjusted by rainfall amount or by monitoring井下 liquid level changes through the pressure sensor, achieving interlock control and ensuring monitoring accuracy. The control system utilizes an intelligent cloud platform for remote operation and monitoring, enabling unattended operation and multi-point monitoring control.
Working Principle
On sunny days, the intercepting gate is open and the stormwater gate is closed. Partially treated wastewater flows into the sewage pipeline through the intercepting opening, or is lifted into the sewage pipeline by the sewage lifting device, ensuring zero direct discharge of wastewater on sunny days.
During rainfall, the initial surface runoff is quite dirty and can pollute the river water if it enters. By using a rain gauge to determine the amount of rainfall or a hydraulic sensor to detect the water level in the well, delay the opening of the stormwater and intercepting gates to ensure that the dirty initial runoff is channeled into the sewage pipes.
During the later stages of rainfall, the water is relatively clean. At this point, when the water level inside the well is detected to be above the set level by the hydraulic sensor, close the intercepting gate and open the rainwater gate, allowing the rainwater to drain into the river. When the rainfall stops, the water level inside the well decreases. When the water level falls to the set low level, open the intercepting gate and close the rainwater gate, restoring to the initial state.
Product Features
During rainy weather, when the wastewater pipe level is high, it's prone to overflow into the rivercourse. At this point, the rainwater gate is automatically closed via the liquid level signal in the intercepting pump station, preventing wastewater from spilling into the rivercourse.
During high water levels during the flood season, there's a tendency for river water to backflow into the sewage pipes. At this point, the level signal automatically closes the intercepting gate to prevent the river water from backing up.
The automated system utilizes a professional SCADA system, which may include the following functionalities:
(1) Remote monitoring of equipment's operating parameters and status, assisting customers in checking the equipment's operation status at any time.
(2) Constantly monitor and receive device alarm notifications, promptly grasp the status and cause of equipment malfunctions.
(3) Remote upload, download, and debugging of PLC programs are available, eliminating the need for on-site travel and reducing travel expenses.
(4) Capable of saving and viewing historical data for convenient tracking of the device's historical operational status.
(5) Real-time footage can be monitored via the camera, allowing for constant oversight of the on-site situation.
