Punched Paper
Punch paper is primarily used for automatic cutting beds in the garment industry, ensuring that during the cutting process, the fabric does not hang due to the use of punch paper as a base.
High-quality wood pulp is used to produce refined double-sided kraft paper, which is available in triangular and round hole options, and comes in open and dense hole variations. Standard sizes range from 45″ to 93″, with grammage from 70g to 250g.
Good punching paper typically features a smooth surface, excellent breathability, non-powdering, and non-attaching to fabric. Dense punching paper is suitable for thin fabrics and is commonly used in swimwear, underwear, and sportswear factories.
