Before the application of fire-resistant coating, the steel components' surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned of rust and treated with anti-rust primer in accordance with design requirements and current national specifications. All dust, oil stains, and other debris on the steel components' surfaces should be completely removed.

2. Fire-resistant coating should be applied before interior decoration and under conditions that prevent damage from subsequent construction. During the process, coverings should be used to shield walls, doors and windows, machinery and equipment, and other components that do not require fire protection.

3. Before coating, apply Dong'an steel structure primer and let it dry to the surface. Then, use either spraying or spreading methods for the coating process. Before applying, mix the powder and emulsion in a 1:1 ratio, ensuring it is well blended into a non-agglomerated, thick fluid state.
