Used for collection or further processing of plasma from blood components separated in PVC blood collection bags.

Primarily used in blood transfusion departments of various hospitals, blood stations, plasma stations, and medical research institutions.

After centrifugation, the plasma and red blood cells separate into upper and lower layers. The separator slowly extrudes the upper plasma through physical pressure, while preventing the red blood cells from mixing in.

Manual pulp separation, simple operation.

2. Body made of stainless steel for easy cleaning and disinfection.

3. Transparent acrylic sheets with clear, distinct layers.

4. Prepare centrifuged blood bags, check for any damage or leaks and ensure the label information is clear and accurate.

5. Secure the blood bag between the separator clips, ensuring it is placed flat.

6. Secure the blood bag's IV line to prevent displacement or detachment during operation.

7. Gradually move the clamping arm upwards, allowing the clamp to slowly secure the blood bag. Be cautious with the force to prevent the bag from bursting.

8. Observe the separation interface between plasma and red blood cells, and immediately halt the procedure and clamp the transfer tube when the plasma reaches approximately 3 cm from the red blood cell interface.

9. Clean and disinfect the separator after use, with special attention to the contaminated areas such as the separator plates and clamps, and store it properly for future use.
