High-frequency hot melt machines are used for sealing hot melt of medical PVC blood collection bag tubes.

Suitable for blood transfusion departments, blood bank collection and component departments, blood banks, and medical research institutions at all levels.

Operating Principle:

The high-frequency electrode on the hot melt head inductively heats the PVC pipeline at a high frequency, causing the PVC pipeline to reach a molten state (the PVC material conduit polarizes under the high-frequency electric field) while the hot melt electrode presses the molten section tightly.

Upon reaching the preset time, complete one heat-sealing operation as programmed.
