Crane Safety Features: To ensure the safety and reliability of lifting operations, cranes are equipped with comprehensive safety devices that protect the machinery or alert operators in case of accidents, thereby serving as a safeguard.

Each overflow valve in the hydraulic system: capable of suppressing abnormal high pressure in the circuit, preventing damage to the hydraulic pump and motor, and avoiding overload conditions.

2. Crane Boom Swing Safety Device: In the event of an unexpected accident, where the high-pressure hose or pipeline in the crane boom swing cylinder circuit bursts or is cut off, the balance valve in the hydraulic circuit activates, locking the working oil from the lower cylinder chamber to prevent the crane boom from falling, thereby ensuring the safety of the operation.

3. Crane Boom Extension Safety Device: In the event of an unexpected accident where the high-pressure hose or pipe in the crane boom extension cylinder circuit ruptures or is cut, the balance valve in the hydraulic circuit engages, locking the working oil from the lower cylinder chamber, causing the boom to retract automatically, thereby ensuring the safety of the operation.

4. Height Limiting Device: Once the hook is lifted to the specified height and touches the limiting weight, the travel switch is activated, illuminating the "over-run" indicator light. This simultaneously disables the operations of lifting the hook, extending the boom, and lowering the boom to ensure safety. At this point, merely manipulating the handle to lower the hook, retract the boom, or lift the boom (i.e., towards the safe direction) releases the limiting weight, restoring normal operation. In special situations where slight over-run operations are still required, press the release button on the instrument panel to deactivate the limit. However, extreme caution must be exercised during this operation to prevent accidents.

5. Leg Locking Mechanism: In the event of an unexpected accident, such as a rupture or cut in the high-pressure hose or pipeline leading to the vertical hydraulic cylinder of the leg, the bidirectional hydraulic lock in the hydraulic system can seal off the pressure oil in both chambers of the leg locking cylinder, preventing the leg from retracting or being ejected, thereby ensuring the safety of the lifting operation.

6. Lifting Capacity Indicator: The lifting capacity indicator is positioned on the side of the basic boom (i.e., the right side of the control room), allowing operators seated inside the control room to clearly observe it. It accurately indicates the boom's tilt angle and the corresponding rated lifting capacity permitted by the crane under the respective working conditions.

7. Lifting Characteristics Chart: Located on the lower wall panel of the front side of the control room, this chart lists the rated lifting capacity and lifting height under various boom lengths and working radii for easy reference during operation. Do not exceed the values specified in the chart during lifting operations.
