One. Oil-Water Separator Principle:Utilizing the hydrophobic and oleophilic properties of the oil-collecting skimmer, it adsorbs floating oil from the water onto the skimmer. Then, through mechanical drive, the skimmer rotates continuously at a certain speed on the oil-containing surface. The floating oil in the water is transferred to the floating oil recovery unit by the rotational movement and adsorption properties of the skimmer. After being compressed by the roller, the floating oil on the skimmer is squeezed into the oil tank, achieving the goal of floating oil recovery. The standard floating oil recovery unit boasts low power consumption, compact size, light weight, easy installation, high oil collection efficiency, and convenient maintenance. It can operate in an environment ranging from 0 to 80 degrees Celsius. Additionally, it features a specialized dreg discharge mechanism, which effectively clears debris from the oil tank.
