Aviation kerosene fine filter / Jet fuel filtration separator structure:

Aviation Kerosene Precision Filter/A jet fuel filter separator is a metallic housing fitted with a primary filter element (coalescing filter element) and a secondary filter element (separation filter element). It also features manual and automatic exhaust valves (as per customer requirement), stainless steel drain valves, differential pressure gauges, direct-reading differential pressure meters (as per customer requirement), on-line sampling probe valves, sampling connectors, safety valves (as per customer requirement), water level monitors (as per customer requirement), and heating devices (as per polar region customer requirement) among other accessories. 2. Aviation kerosene precision filter / Jet fuel filter separator working principle:
Jet fuel enters the aviation kerosene refined filter/After the jet fuel filter separator, the fuel first collects on an aluminum tray, then disperses into the coalescing filter core from the inside out. The first step filters out solid impurities through the filter layer, the second step separates emulsified oil and water through the demulsification layer, and the third step coalesces tiny water droplets into larger ones, which settle in the water collection trough. Then, the remaining uncoalesced small water droplets are further separated and settled in the sedimentation trough by the repelling action of the separator filter core, and are drained out through the drain valve. The clean fuel collects on the second tray through the separator filter core and is discharged from the outlet of the aviation kerosene fine filter/jet fuel filter separator. 3. Service life of aviation kerosene fine filter/jet fuel filter separator:
Aviation kerosene refined filterThe operating status of the jet fuel filter separator and the service life of the filter element are primarily determined by the pressure difference. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.1 MPa (1.0 kg/cm²), it indicates that the coalescing filter element is clogged and should be replaced. Additionally, the coalescing filter element should be considered for replacement after more than six months of use. The separator filter element is a pleated filter element and can be used for a long time without mechanical damage. However, when replacing the filter coalescing element, it should be removed, cleaned, and inspected.
