Extractive Tower

In simple terms, the greater the heating, the more vaporization occurs, allowing a larger volume to rise to the tower top. However, without cooling, the purity of light components will not be high. It is only through the use of a liquid phase回流 with a high concentration of light components, exchanging quality and heat with the ascending vapor phase in the extraction tower, that we can achieve pure light components at the tower top and pure heavy components at the bottom.

As stated above, to maintain a constant yield of the overhead product, simply control the heating quantity of the corresponding extraction tower. This corresponding temperature is the stable temperature, with a stable reflux. When the temperature is too high, increase the reflux; when it's too low, decrease the reflux. This will keep the overhead product yield constant.
