I. Working Principle

2. Compression moldingThe annular mold and roller rotate relatively, squeezing the raw material through the annular mold hole under high pressure (50-200 MPa) to form tightly packed cylindrical granules.

3. SeverThe pellets are cut to the predetermined length after extrusion.

4. Cooling and ScreeningAfter cooling, the particles are sifted to remove debris, resulting in the finished product.
