The Classification of Production Processes: The production process of anchor bolts can be divided into short and long anchor bolts. The short anchor bolts are integrated with the foundation during casting, while the long anchor bolts are detachable. Both types are used to secure heavy machinery with intense vibration and impact. Of course, there are also anchor bolts for securing static equipment, such as expansion anchor bolts. In recent years, adhesive anchor bolts have become more common, similar to expansion anchor bolts but requiring careful cleaning of the hole and ensuring it remains dry during bonding. The Classification of Load Types: Anchor bolts can be categorized into embedded, adhesive, and removable types. Embedded anchor bolts are cast into the concrete foundation once or twice, suitable for securing large and heavy equipment with impact. Adhesive anchor bolts, also known as expansion anchor bolts, are widely used. Removable anchor bolts can be disassembled and are commonly used in heavy machinery with impact, such as mine hoists and forging equipment.
