Physical Challenge Park

Outdoor Non-Powered Amusement Park Plan is constructed on a hillside with a few meters difference in elevation; the plan centers around a 11-meter-high Time and Space Tunnel Tower, connecting to an Interstellar Space below, a Pirate Ship to the left, and leading to a Mini Special Forces Expansion Area above. The main structure is composed of steel and wood (galvanized steel pipes and Meranti wood), engineering plastics, and nautical ropes. Safety is a priority! The plan aims to create an ecological children's amusement park, emphasizing the integration of products with the terrain and natural environment; it relies solely on static elements, free from electric machinery. In terms of activities, it assists and provides children with exercises to enhance body and limb coordination, develop intelligence, improve perception, attention, and judgment skills, not only alleviating the negative impact of electronic products on children's sensory development but also offering more fun, entertainment, and playability. It also provides more parent-child activities, allowing children to gain physical and mental exercise while fostering a strong parent-child relationship and giving them more feelings of parental accompaniment and emotional support.

1. Plastic pipes and slides: Made from imported Korean LLDPE extrusion-grade material, formed by rotational molding, meeting the requirements of GB/T 4454-1996. With a plastic wall thickness of over 6mm, vibrant colors, UV resistance up to level 8, compliant with Australian food-grade standards, excellent antistatic properties, safety, environmental protection, excellent weather resistance, and high strength.

2. Platform: Internally, it features multi-layer boards with a heavy foam sponge in the middle (compliant with GB 6675-2003 standard), and externally, it is wrapped in a layer of imported PVC cross-woven glitter leather, which boasts high strength and excellent safety performance.

5. PVC Coated Pipe: High-density foam EVA sponge, thickness ≥6mm, covered with glossy leather, easy to clean, vibrant colors, not easily damaged, good flame retardant properties.

6. Galvanized Steel Pipe: 48mm diameter steel pipe, in compliance with the international GB/T244-97 standard.

7. Protective Net: Made by machine weaving with high-tensile nylon rope, medium thickness, high strength, and good safety performance, meets the GB/T3091-2001 standard.

8. Connecting Parts: All are pressure cast in ductile iron, equipped with special high-torque anti-loosening screws. Compliant with GB/T3091-2001 standard.

9. Single-Leg Bridge: Constructed with multi-layer boards inside, encased with heavy foam sponge (compliant with GB 6675-2003 standard), and covered with imported PVC cross-woven glossy leather on the outside. It boasts high strength and excellent safety performance.

11. Screws: All high-strength stainless steel screws, comes with a protective environmentally-friendly plastic cap.

12. Carpet: High-density EVA foam sponge, size 100×100×2.0 cm, safe and eco-friendly

Outdoor Children's Slide Materials and Technical Requirements

1. Plastic Parts: Imported engineering plastic with UV resistance, static electricity prevention, and colorfast properties. High strength, smooth surface, safety, environmental protection, excellent weather resistance, and fade resistance.

2. Pillar: Made of Φ114mm national standard steel tube, the entire column is processed and then treated with a special process for rust removal and sandblasting. The surface is coated with imported plastic powder through double-layer household-grade spray treatment, high-temperature cured, smooth finish, UV-resistant, vibrant colors, and not easily peeled off.

3. Platform: The platform surface is overall plastic-coated, using high-strength perforated steel plate, treated with special technology for safety, aesthetics, and good anti-slip properties.

4. Fasteners: The fasteners are connected with stainless steel screws, and rubber pads are added at the contact points between the fastener and the column, along with machine screws for additional tightening, enhancing its safety.

Plastic mat installation process requirements

1. Construction Classification: There are two construction methods, mechanical laying and manual installation. Due to site limitations, this project's construction will use manual installation.

2. Surface Pre-treatment: Prior to meeting the required standards, the surface must be cleaned thoroughly, ensuring there are no dirt, dust, water (including watermarks), or oil stains. After cleaning, apply the primer evenly on the base (mix diluent: adhesive in a ratio of 3-4:1), enhancing its bonding ability with the floor and preventing irreversible consequences.

3. Pre-job Preparation (Manual): Materials, tools and equipment (hammers, rollers, soap water, carts, rakes, electric irons, mixers, etc.), auxiliary materials and catalyst preparation

4. Construction (Manual): After mixing the materials in proportion, pour them onto the site and spread them out. Use an electric iron (torch heating) or a board soaked in soap water to compact and flatten the joints, maintaining overall flatness.

5. The plastic construction thickness requirement is 13mm.
