Music-Themed Amusement Park

The overall design of this outdoor playground, themed around music, integrates music into the play experience beyond just fun and parent-child interaction. Modeled after old-fashioned cassettes, it features an angel's microphone, a musical bridge, and musical play elements, allowing children to enjoy the rhythm of music while they play. The delightful music gently plays in the play projects without any need for additional power, creating a harmonious blend of music and play.

1. Plastic pipes and slides: Made from imported Korean LLDPE extrusion materials, formed by rotational molding, meeting the requirements of GB/T 4454-1996. With a wall thickness of over 6mm, vibrant colors, UV resistance up to level 8, food-grade standards compliant with Australian regulations, excellent antistatic properties, safety, environmental protection, good weather resistance, and high strength.

2. Platform: Internally, it features multi-layer boards with a middle layer of high-density foam sponge (compliant with GB 6675-2003 standard), and externally, it is wrapped with a layer of imported PVC cross-woven glossy leather, which boasts high strength and excellent safety performance.

5. PVC Coated Tubing: High-density foam EVA sponge, thickness ≥ 6mm, with shiny leather coating, easy to clean, vibrant colors, not easily damaged, and good flame-retardant properties.

6. Galvanized Steel Pipe: 48mm diameter steel pipe, in compliance with the international standard GB/T244-97.

7. Protective Net: Made of high-tensile nylon rope woven by a Denier machine, medium thickness, with excellent strength and safety performance, meeting the GB/T3091-2001 standard.

8. Connecting Parts: All are cast in ductile iron with precision die-casting, equipped with special anti-loosening screws. Compliant with GB/T3091-2001 standard.

9. Single-Leg Bridge: Internally constructed with multi-layer boards, filled with heavy foam sponge (compliant with GB 6675-2003 standard), and externally wrapped with imported PVC cross-woven glitter leather. It boasts high strength and excellent safety performance.

11. Screws: All are stainless steel screws, equipped with protective environmentally-friendly plastic caps.

  Outdoor Children's Slide Materials and Technical Requirements

1. Plastic Parts: Imported engineering plastics with UV resistance, anti-static, and colorfast properties. High strength, smooth surface, safe and environmentally friendly, excellent weather resistance, and does not fade easily.

2. Poles: Made of Φ114mm national standard steel tube, the poles are processed and then treated with a special rust-removing process, sandblasting, and coated with imported plastic powder through double-layer household-grade spray treatment. High-temperature curing ensures a smooth surface, resistance to ultraviolet rays, vibrant colors, and easy-to-remove coating.

3. Platform: The platform surface is overall electrostatically coated, featuring a degree punched plate design. It has been treated with special technology, ensuring safety, aesthetics, and good anti-slip properties.

4. Fasteners: The fasteners are connected with stainless steel screws, and rubber pads are added at the contact points between the fastener and the column, as well as with machine screws for additional tightening, enhancing its safety.

  Plastic mat installation process requirements

1. Construction Categories: There are two construction methods, mechanical paving and manual laying. Due to site limitations, manual laying is adopted for this construction project.

2. Surface Pretreatment: Clean the surface thoroughly to ensure there are no dirt, dust, water (including watermarks), oil stains, etc. After cleaning, apply the primer evenly on the base (mix the thinner: adhesive in a 3-4:1 ratio), enhancing its bonding ability with the ground to prevent irreversible consequences.

3. Pre-production preparations (manual): Materials, tools and equipment (mallets, rollers, lye water, carts, rakes, hot irons, mixers, etc.), as well as auxiliary materials and catalysts.

4. Construction (Manual): After mixing the materials in proportion, pour them onto the site and spread them out. Heat with an electric iron (torch heating) or press with a board soaked in soap water to flatten the joints and maintain overall flatness.

5. The plastic construction thickness requirement is 13mm.
