1250-1600 Model Fully Automatic Used Flat Plate Centrifuge
Features a platform-style structure, with the housing and platform welded as a single unit. The housing cover and body are connected with flanges and a quick-release structure. The opening of the housing cover is assisted by a mechanical balancer, featuring a feeding tube, cleaning tube, sight glass, observation light, and vent holes. The flat plate centrifuge is equipped with a vertical general (explosion-proof) motor, complete with a clutch and hand brake, standard V-belts, motor pulley safety guard, and damping shock absorbers. The flat plate is made of Q235 packaging stainless steel, while the drum, excluding the bottom, uses HT lined stainless steel; the rest is all stainless steel. The housing, cover (including accessories) are all made of stainless steel, and the shaft base is cast steel (cast iron) lined with stainless steel. During operation, if any of the following situations occur, the power should be immediately disconnected for inspection and treatment to prevent accidents:
3.5.1 Abnormal Vibration
During operation, if the feeding rate is too high or uneven, the machine may vibrate. Reducing the feeding rate can help. Check if the outlet is blocked by crystalline matter in the filtrate, as this can fill the housing with filtrate, causing the drum to rotate in the filtrate with increased resistance and vibration. Cleaning the crystalline matter can eliminate the vibration. Over time, the filtrate bag may become clogged, causing difficulties in discharging or not being dried properly. Clean the filtrate bag promptly. If the filtrate bag is damaged, liquid will pass through the damage, causing filtering vibration, so it is important to inspect and repair or replace the bag in a timely manner. In addition to the above reasons, loose bolts on the bearing base and unbalanced drum deformation can also cause vibration. Therefore, it is important to check frequently and address issues early. Other causes of vibration include impact sounds or other abnormal noises, overheating of the motor (hot to the touch), overloading, failure of the braking system, and other issues such as loose fasteners.
Other precautions:
- Never insert fingers into the pin holes.
- After use, cover the centrifuge top immediately to prevent dust or other debris from falling into the drum.
- Never extend your hand under the liquid挡盘 (hoist disk) when placing it.
- It is strictly prohibited to add material to the centrifuge during high-speed operation.
- The motor must be equipped with a protective cover, and the motor cover must not come into contact with the fan blades.
Used centrifuges do not necessarily mean there are quality issues; they are often transferred due to poor business performance or other reasons. These machines are very new, operate normally, have no noise, and produce a normal yield. However, for small and medium-sized enterprises, they can significantly reduce expenses.
