Tube-type condensers, also known as shell-and-tube condensers, are divided into the tube side and shell side. The fluid flowing inside the tubes is the tube side, while the fluid flowing outside the tubes is the shell side. The wall of the tube bundle is the heat transfer surface. When the temperature difference between the tube bundle and the shell exceeds 50°C, appropriate temperature compensation measures are taken to eliminate or reduce thermal stress. 1. Introduction to Tube-Type Coolers
The tube-type cooler is composed of two cold oilers of the same area and a three-way valve unit, with one in operation and one as a backup. Each cooler can bear the entire system's cooling load. The tube bundle is one end fixed and the other floating, removable, and the water chamber box cover, which is convenient for cleaning, inspection, and maintenance during operation. The material of the cooler can be chosen from multiple options based on the usage location and water system conditions.
2. Features of Tube-Type Coolers
1. Tube-type coolers use bare tubes (unfinned) for heat transfer, with a high heat transfer coefficient on the tube exterior and strong anti-pollution capability.
2. The cooling tubes are made of copper pipes and processed into finned heat sinks, resulting in a small product volume and a large heat exchange area.
3. The spiral guide plates of the tube-type cooler ensure a spiral and continuous uniform rolling flow of the cooled fluid, overcoming the inefficiencies of the baffle plates in heat exchange.
4. Tube-type coolers use胀管式封口 (胀管 sealing), overcoming the adverse changes that may occur after high-temperature welding.

3. Structure of Tube-Type Coolers
The heat transfer tubes of tube-type coolers are made of copper pipes rolled into finned heat sinks, resulting in a large heat exchange area, a small product volume, and light weight. Oil coolers are suitable for cooling low-viscosity and relatively clean oils; tube-type coolers can be applied in industries such as plastic machinery, hydraulic equipment, air compressors, rare oil lubrication systems, hydraulic couplings, and power installations. This series of oil coolers can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements, from small to medium-sized, covering a wide range.
4. Working Principle of Tube-Type Coolers
Manual operation process: After the filter is connected to the pipeline system, water enters the filter from the lower inlet. As the impurities in the water pass through the core, due to their larger volume than the core holes, they are retained on the core. When accumulated to a certain amount, a certain pressure difference is generated between the inlet and outlet. (The pressure difference varies with the filter mesh precision, generally 0.15Mpa). Manually open the drain valve to start draining. Rotate the handle, which can rotate in either clockwise or counterclockwise direction, one step every 10-30 seconds. The handle points to each indentation and is fixed. The water reverses the washing of impurities adhering to the inner wall surface of the core. Continue until a full rotation is completed, close the drain valve, and the manual draining is finished.
