Two-seater: 1600mm (L) x 600mm (W) x 750mm (H) (Screen: 850mm + 350mm)

1. Folding Screen Lifting Mechanism: Equipped with a main motor and two auxiliary motors, utilizing a six-toothed belt lifting transmission method. Four lifting plates ensure balanced and smooth lifting, with the lifting housing made of high-strength flame-retardant nylon material, suitable for operation in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 120°C. The gears are made of Φ12 steel, and the pipes are galvanized, with an overall compact and sturdy structure.

2. The motor is a DC24V pure copper motor, capable of 20,000 lifts/drops (frequency not exceeding 20%), with noise no more than 50dB, limit switch lifespan of at least 50,000 clicks, high-temperature wire up to 120°C, passing a 20kg tensile test, with a 0.75mm² copper wire core, supporting up to 10A current (with the motor operating at 2A).

3. The control box can receive 433MHz wireless signals within a range of 100 meters and can output a power of up to 120W (5A). The product features automatic protection against short circuits or overloads, with a double-beep alarm sound. The control box is equipped with up/down buttons for emergency or maintenance use. It comes with a flexible grouping remote control (divisible into 9 groups of channels for control).

4. The lift screen features lifting plates on all four sides (left, center, right, front), with the top edge of the lifting plate elevated 350mm above the side panels, designed to block the view between neighboring examinees. When not in use, it can be lowered to serve as a standard computer classroom.

5. Tabletop material requirements: flat surface, even color, sturdy, free of irritating odors, material thickness of 16mm. The material must meet international or domestic environmental standards, conforming to E1 environmental grade. Formaldehyde emission less than 1.5mg/L.

6. The left/middle/right swing screen panels are made of 16mm thick boards, featuring flat surfaces, even coloration, durability, and no irritating odors. The boards must comply with international or domestic environmental protection standards, meeting the E1 environmental grade.

7. The cutting surfaces of the table bodies are edged with aluminum alloy, using an interlocking method. All external surfaces of the aluminum must not have exposed screws or sharp metal parts. The sharp edges of the aluminum profiles should not exceed or protrude beyond the table's outer surface to ensure no cuts are incurred during use.

8. To ensure the overall stability and aesthetic appeal of the lift seat, the entire fixed screws are designed in a concealed manner.

9. The升降cushion desk features an E1 grade 25mm thick particleboard top, with a fire-retardant panel finish and a ya mouth edge design, with formaldehyde emissions below 1.5mg/L.

10. The door panel features two rows of ventilation holes, which are adorned with decorative stainless steel mesh covers. Inside, there's a bottom plate for the computer main unit, equipped with two cable routing holes for easy wiring.

11 Two modes of operation: Paper-based and computer-based exam mode (the screen rises to prevent cheating), regular teaching mode (the screen is lowered)

12. Each desk is equipped with an intelligent power switch for the computer tower (functions: power on/off/restart, two USB ports, one data port, and one charging port). The power on/off or USB insertion is directly operated on the desk for convenience and speed. For soundproof rooms, a dedicated professional earphone bracket can be provided.
