Single-User Elevating Computer Desk

Two-seater: 1600mm (L) x 600mm (W) x 750mm (H) (Screen: 850mm + 350mm)

1. Screen Divider Lift Mechanism: Utilizing a main engine and two auxiliary engines with a six-toothed belt lifting transmission, the four lifting panels are evenly and smoothly lifted, with the lifting housing made of high-strength flame-retardant nylon material, suitable for operation in environments ranging from -20°C to 120°C. The teeth are Φ12 steel, and the pipes are galvanized, with an overall compact and sturdy structure.

2. The motor is a DC24V pure copper motor, capable of 20,000 lifting and lowering cycles (frequency not exceeding 20%), with noise level no more than 50 dB, limit switch click life of at least 50,000 times, wire material withstands high temperatures up to 120°C, all passing a 20kg tensile test, core wire is 0.75mm² copper wire, supporting current up to 10A (normal operating current of the motor is 2A).

3. The control box can receive a 433MHz wireless signal up to 100 meters away and can output a power of 120W (5A). The product features automatic protection and a double-beep alarm sound in case of short circuits or overloads. It comes with an emergency or maintenance button for up/down control. It is equipped with a flexible grouping remote control (divisible into 9 groups of channels for control).

4. The lifting screen features lifting plates on all four sides (left, center, right, and front), with the top edge of the lifting plates elevated 350mm above the side panels to block the view of neighboring examinees. When not in use, it can be lowered to serve as a standard computer classroom.

5. Tabletop material requirements: flat surface, even color, sturdy, free of irritating odors, material thickness of 16mm. The material must meet international or domestic environmental standards, comply with E1 environmental grade standards. Formaldehyde emissions less than 1.5mg/L.

6. Lift-screen partition panels are made of 16mm thick boards on the left/middle/right sides, with flat surfaces, even coloration, solid construction, and no irritating odors. The boards must meet international or domestic environmental protection standards and comply with E1 environmental grade.

7. The table body material cutting surfaces are edged with aluminum alloy, using an interlocking method. All external surfaces of the aluminum materials must not have exposed screws or sharp metal parts. The sharp edges of the aluminum profile cutting surfaces must not exceed or protrude beyond the table's outer surface to ensure no cuts or injuries to the body during use.

8. To ensure the overall stability and aesthetic appeal of the lift chair, the fixed screws are designed in a concealed style.

9. The升降cushion desk features an E1 grade 25mm thick particleboard top, with a fire-retardant panel finish and a beveled edge in the ya mouth shape, with formaldehyde emissions below 1.5mg/L.

10. The door panel features two rows of ventilation holes, which are adorned with decorative stainless steel mesh covers. Inside, there's a bottom plate to house the computer main unit, with two routing holes for easy cable management.

11 Two modes of operation: paper-based and computer-based exam mode (the screen rises to prevent cheating), regular teaching mode (the screen is lowered)

12. Each desk is equipped with an intelligent power switch for the computer main unit (functions: turn on/off/restart the computer, two USB ports, one data port, and one charging port). Power on/off or plug in USB ports can be directly operated on the desk for convenience and speed. Optional: a professional earphone bracket for soundproof rooms.
