1. The double seat booth is 1600mm wide with a frame height of 850mm, and the partition rises 350mm during exams. The partition must provide effective sound insulation and separation when raised to minimize interference between students during exams. After lowering, the partition can revert to a standard desk without obstructions, facilitating teaching activities and allowing for versatile use of the exam room.

2. The desk measures approximately 760mm in height, 710mm in width, and 510mm in depth. The desktop is crafted from 25mm thick E1-grade environmentally friendly solid wood particleboard, with 2mm color-matching edge strips used for straight-line edging around all four sides, resulting in a smooth surface free of burrs.

3. The adjustable panels are made of 16mm thick E1-grade environmental-friendly solid wood particleboard, with both sides covered in melamine faced panels. They offer advantages such as environmental protection, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and waterproofing. The formaldehyde emissions of the board have been tested and certified by national authorities, meeting the E1 grade standard.

4. The baffle operates smoothly and quietly without any abnormal friction. The baffle can be locked at any height, and the structure is sturdy, ensuring it won't sway or drop under heavy pressure.

5. The base, frame edges, and panel joints are made of aluminum alloy profiles, ensuring a sturdy and durable main structure that can be moved as a whole. The frame sides are fixed, with top and side closures featuring specialized rounded corners, eliminating any sharp edges. Both sides of the partition screen are smooth and even, with no additional items, ensuring student safety.

6. The desk must be equipped with a keyboard tray featuring a silent sliding track design, which allows for smooth and stable pull-out. The sliding track is made of cold-rolled steel, offering strong load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance. The internal sliding track is fitted with high-precision solid steel balls to ensure long-lasting rust prevention and a smooth feel. Buffering rubber pads are used to prevent noise from pushing and pulling collisions. The sliding track should be equipped with elastic anti-slip clips and a firm locking mechanism, and should be easy to disassemble.

7. The booth table comes with a lockable, hinged cabinet door for easy maintenance. The cabinet can accommodate a standard-sized computer tower. The top and bottom ends of the cabinet are equipped with ventilation openings, providing excellent heat dissipation.

8. The lifting and lowering gate transmission mechanism is designed with an umbrella gear and thrust threaded nut. It operates smoothly with minimal friction and driving forces, allowing for easy lifting and lowering. The height adjustment is achieved through a gear transmission mechanism by turning the manual handle, ensuring smooth gate movement and low working noise.
