Installation Precautions for Membrane Filter Press

Firstly, the base of the diaphragm filter press should be leveled before installation, with the levelness error of each installation datum plane not exceeding 2mm.

2. Installed the cylinder support, leveled with shims, ensuring both supports are on the same horizontal plane. Left the bolts between the cylinder and the support loose, then mounted the cylinder onto the support and tightened the anchor bolts.

3. Install the tailboard. Hoist the tailboard straight (using a钢丝rope to hoist through the center hole) and secure it to the main beam.

4. Install the main beam支柱. Assemble a main beam with the hydraulic cylinder and secure it to the middle pillar using the main beam clamp.

5. Flatten the tailboard after installation, then secure another main beam in place using a plywood clamp. Ensure that both main beams align with the tailboard's locating slots and no gaps are left.

6. Diaphragm alignment. Use a level to measure the horizontal level of the two main beams. The height difference between any two points on the main beams should be less than 3mm. The height of the main beams is adjusted by the main beam supports. The diagonal errors of the frame should be less than 6mm, which can be achieved by adjusting the left and right positions of the tailboard.

7. Install the headboard. Hang the headboard on the two main beam tracks, check the alignment of the spherical end cover with the piston rod, with an allowable tolerance of 2mm. Alignment can be achieved by moving the spherical end cover up and down and left and right. Secure the clamp to connect the headboard to the piston rod.

Step 8: Install track box brackets and the top and bottom track boxes.

9. Install the transmission components, including sprockets, chains, oil motors, and hook box. When connecting the chains and hook boxes, ensure that the two hook boxes are tightly adjacent to the end positioning plate of the track box. The synchronization accuracy between the two hook boxes should be less than 4mm.

10. Hoist the filter plate onto the main beam track, aligning the handles on the same side.

11. Install the filter cloth and secure the filter cloth clamp (filter cloth is not sewn with a clamp).

12. Adjust the track box height so that the bottom surface of the filter plate handle is at the same level as the bottom surface of the upper track box, ensuring stable and reliable pull plate operation.
