I. Overview

The IMDFS series magnetic drive multi-stage centrifugal pumps are a high-tech, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving new product with advanced domestic technology levels developed by our company in recent years. These pumps utilize modern magnetic principles and a push-pull magnetic circuit structure to achieve contactless torque transmission, converting dynamic seals to static seals and achieving non-leaking corrosion-resistant performance. Designed according to both international and domestic standards, these pumps feature a simple structure, easy operation, and convenient installation and maintenance. Their technical performance surpasses that of similar domestic products.
The performance range of the IMDFS series magnetic drive multi-stage centrifugal pumps encompasses all the specifications of the CQD and IMD series magnetic drive multi-stage centrifugal pumps. Their efficiency and cavitation performance indices surpass those of the CQD and IMD pumps, making them suitable replacements for the latter.

II. Usage

The IMDFS series magnetic drive multi-stage centrifugal pumps are widely used in the production processes of chemical, petrochemical, refining, pharmaceutical, acid production, dyeing, food, and other industries for conveying clean liquids without solid particles and with a specific gravity not exceeding 1.84. They are particularly suitable for transporting flammable, explosive, toxic, harmful, corrosive, and valuable liquid mediums, making them an ideal eco-friendly chemical equipment.

III. Features

The magnetic drive pump is primarily composed of the suction section, discharge section, impeller, guide vanes, inner magnetic steel, outer magnetic steel, insulating sleeve, and motor. The impeller and inner magnetic steel are integrated as a unit, mounted inside a sealed casing formed by the suction section and insulating sleeve. The motor drives the outer magnetic steel, which in turn drives the inner magnetic steel, causing the impeller to rotate. This design replaces dynamic seals with static seals, ensuring that all moving parts of the pump are in a sealed state with no leakage.
2. Utilizes a special dense, magnetic, push-pull magnetic circuit coupled magnetic drive unit, featuring compact structure, small size, high torque, low eddy current, high magnetic transmission efficiency, and stable and reliable operation.
3. Features a unique method for balancing axial force in magnetic drive pumps, resulting in near-zero axial force during operation at the pump end. This reduces wear and failure rates of sliding and thrust bearings, extending the pump's lifespan.
4. Employing cutting-edge technology, optimize the design of the impeller guide vanes, modularize the structure and components of the magnetic pump, and integrate with unique production and manufacturing processes. This reduces various losses affecting the efficiency of magnetic pumps to the minimum, resulting in the efficiency of magnetic pumps being essentially the same as that of mechanical seal pumps.
