I. Overview of D, DG Type Horizontal Multistage Pumps

The D-type pump is a single-suction, multi-stage, segmented horizontal centrifugal pump. It is an efficient and energy-saving product, representing a generation upgrade from the old DA-type pump, with a bold structural improvement and an advanced hydraulic model design. It completely replaces the old DA-type pump and gives rise to the DG, MD, and DF series pumps based on the input medium and temperature.

D, DG, MD, DF series pumps are installed horizontally, with the suction inlet horizontal (DG vertically upward) and the discharge outlet vertically upward. The pump's suction section, middle section, and discharge section are connected as a whole with tension bolts. The pump is composed of main components such as the suction section, middle section, discharge section, impeller, shaft, guide vanes, guide vane sleeve, and balancing disk. The axial force of the rotor is balanced by the balancing disk, and the bearings use rolling bearings lubricated with grease. The shaft seal is a packing seal. Water is introduced into the packing chamber under pressure to act as a water seal. The rotation is clockwise when viewed from the drive end.

The D-type pump is designed for conveying clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. The medium temperature should not exceed 80°C, making it suitable for mine drainage, factory and urban construction water supply, and long-distance water transportation. The DG-type pump is used for conveying clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. The medium temperature should not exceed 200°C, and it is suitable for small boiler water supply or for transporting hot water and similar media. The MD-type single-suction multi-stage wear-resistant pump is an improved design of a wear-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pump based on the D-type pump. The MD-type pump is efficient and energy-saving, has good wear resistance, and a long service life, particularly suitable for mine drainage and pumping well water containing no more than 1.5% solid particles (particle diameter less than 0.5mm) and other similar liquids, with the liquid temperature not exceeding 80°C. The DF-type single-suction multi-stage corrosion-resistant pump is used for conveying liquids with a temperature of -20 to 105°C, free of solid particles and corrosive. The pump's inlet allowable pressure is 0.6MPa, and it is mainly used in industrial sectors such as chemicals, petrochemicals, metallurgy, light industry, dyeing, pharmaceuticals, environmental protection, seawater desalination, offshore oil extraction, and mining.
