The LG single screw pump is a new type of internal gear reciprocating positive displacement pump designed according to German standards and developed with new German technology accessories. It boasts high efficiency, strong self-priming capability, and a wide range of applications. This pump is suitable for transporting various difficult-to-handle media. When the single-threaded screw rotor rotates around the stator axis in the double-threaded screw stator cavity in a planetary motion, the sealed cavity formed between the rotor and stator continuously, uniformly, and volumetrically invariablely transports the medium from the suction end to the discharge end.


Features:
Wide range of conveying: Materials with solid content up to 60% and viscosity as high as 1,000,000 CPS can be effectively conveyed.
Low mechanical vibration and noise; no material agitating, shearing, turbulence, or stirring during operation.
High self-priming capability, capable of drawing up to a vacuum height of 8.5 meters (28 feet).
The unique structure, consisting of a rigid rotor and an elastic stator, enables the conveying of material containing solid particles.
The temperature of the material being conveyed can reach up to 120 degrees Celsius.

Chemical Industry: Transmission of synthetic fiber liquid, adhesive liquid, ink, nylon powder liquid, suspension, emulsion, polymer, flocculant, precipitant, and lime milk.
