I. Product Overview of G-Type Screw Pumps:

The G-type screw pump is a new type of pump that operates according to the reciprocating meshing volumetric principle. The main working components of the G-type screw pump are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed sleeve (stator). The G-type screw pump is made of non-toxic and odorless food-grade rubber and can operate at temperatures up to 120°C. Due to the special geometric shape of these two components, they form separate sealed cavities. The medium is uniformly pushed through in an axial direction. The internal flow velocity is low, and the volume remains constant. The pressure is stable, thereby preventing the formation of eddies and turbulence.

IV. Working Principle of G-Type Screw Pump:

A G-type screw pump is an internal meshing rotary positive displacement pump. As the single-threaded screw rotor rotates around the stator axis in the double-threaded screw stator cavity in a planetary motion, the enclosed cavity formed between the rotor and stator continuously, uniformly, and volumetrically invariablely transports the medium from the suction end to the discharge end. Due to these characteristics, single-screw pumps are particularly suitable for the following operating conditions:

-Transportation of high viscosity media. The viscosity of the medium varies with the size of the pump, ranging from 20,000 MPa.s to 200,000 MPa.s.

-Media containing solid particles or fibers. Particle size can reach up to 16mm (not exceeding the rotor eccentricity), and fiber length can extend to 100mm (equivalent to 0.4 times the rotor pitch). The solid phase content typically reaches 40%, and when the solid in the medium is in the form of fine powder particles, it can reach up to 60% or more.

Continuous flow and stable pressure are required; cyclic pressure fluctuations of the reciprocating pump must not occur.

-The requirement is for minimal mixing and not to disrupt the inherent structure of the material being conveyed.

Section 6: Usage Precautions for G-Type Screw Pumps

Ensure the G-type screw pump's operating direction is confirmed before startup; reverse operation is not permitted.

2. Absolutely no operation of the G-type screw pump without medium, to prevent damage to the stator.

3. Pumps newly installed or idle for several days should not be started immediately. First, a moderate amount of oil should be injected into the pump body, and then a few turns with a pipe wrench should be applied before starting.

After transporting high-viscosity or abrasive/corrosive media, flush with water or solvent to prevent blockage, to avoid difficulty in starting next time.

5. Drain condensation in winter to prevent cracking due to freezing.

6. During the operation of the G-type screw pump, the bearing housing should be regularly lubricated. If leakage is detected at the shaft end, it should be addressed or the seal should be replaced promptly.

7. In case of any abnormal conditions during the operation of G-type screw pumps, the machine should be stopped immediately to investigate the cause and rectify the fault.
