The ZA type chemical process pump is a single-stage, horizontal radial split casing pump with a foot-mounted base. It features a single suction radial impeller with axial intake and radial discharge. Hydraulic balance is achieved with front and rear wear rings and balancing holes, depending on operating conditions. The stuffing box is equipped with cooling or heating pipe connections. The shaft seal is filled with packing and can also be a single or double face mechanical seal, with cooling, flushing, or sealing systems available. Suitable for conveying neutral or corrosive, clean or particulate-laden, low or high-temperature liquid mediums. Operating pressure: up to 2.5 MPa; operating medium temperature: -70℃ to 180℃.
