IHZ type chemical centrifugal pump, improved upon the prototype based on the international standard ISO 2858.


II. Features


Series pump rotor components can be inspected and replaced without dismantling the piping connected to the pump or the motor rotor. Simply loosen the tension bolts, shift the motor rearward as a whole, and the pump shaft can be separated from the motor shaft, making it extremely convenient to check or replace parts. Since the pump shaft and motor shaft can be separated, the integrity of the motor is maintained, and its technical specifications and performance parameters reach the advanced level of domestic similar products.


IHZ model chemical centrifugal pump, a new generation product developed through careful design and improvement of the connection, transmission, and sealing sections based on the prototype, in accordance with the international standard ISO 2858. The transmission method involves a cone-shaped fit and direct connection between the pump shaft and the motor shaft, with the pump rotating clockwise as viewed from the transmission end.
