I. Overview of ZE Petrochemical Process Pumps
The ZA and ZE models of petrochemical pumps are single-stage horizontal centrifugal pumps. The ZA model features a foot-supported casing, while the ZE model has a centrally-supported casing. Both series of pumps are equipped with single-stage radial impellers, axial suction, and radial discharge. They are hydraulically balanced using front and rear wear rings and balancing holes, according to operating conditions. The shaft seal is made of gland packing, single face mechanical seal, or double single face mechanical seals, with cooling, flushing, or sealing fluid systems in place.
The standard pipeline is designed according to API 610 specifications. The pressure ratings of the suction and discharge pipeline flanges are the same.
From the drive motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
Section II: Application Range of ZE Chemical Pump
This series of pumps is suitable for conveying various neutral and corrosive liquids (acids, alkalis, salts, and liquid petrochemical products, organic compounds, etc. in various concentrations and temperatures), with a temperature range of -80℃ to 450℃. The high operating pressure of the ZA type pump reaches 2.5 Mpa, while the ZE type pump reaches 5.0 Mpa. This series is widely used in oil refineries, petrochemical industries, coal processing industries, and low-temperature engineering. It's also applicable in the chemical industry, paper and sugar manufacturing, and general process industries. Additionally, it's used in water supply plants, seawater desalination plants, power plants, heating and air conditioning systems, environmental protection projects, shipbuilding, and marine industries.

Section 4: ZE Chemical Process Pump Structure Description
ZA, ZE type petrochemical pumps conform to API 610 standard, with a bore size of 25~400mm, flow rate up to 2600m³/h, and head up to 250m.
Simultaneously, it ensures the maintenance conditions for process work requirements, with the bearing, shaft seal, and impeller forming a rotatable assembly that can be quickly disassembled or assembled, significantly reducing the downtime for maintenance.
The impeller is a single-suction radial closed type, equipped with both an impeller wear-resistant ring and a pump housing wear-resistant ring. In case of wear, simply replacing the wear-resistant rings can reduce maintenance and component costs.
Structure with a pump cover featuring a cooling and heating bearing housing. The shaft seal comes in two types: packed and mechanical, allowing users to choose based on different operating conditions.
Bearings are lubricated with grease, and the bearing brackets are equipped with constant-position oil rings. The bearing brackets are available in three cooling structures: no cooling, water cooling, and fan cooling. An elastic coupling is used as the connecting element between the pump and the motor, which can compensate for minor axial, radial, and angular displacements.
