I. Product Overview:


FS horizontal FRP centrifugal pump, with an advanced and rational structure design, high degree of standardization, and excellent component universality and interchangeability, it is extremely convenient for disassembly and maintenance. Parts in contact with the medium are made of modified phenolic glass fiber by polyvinyl butyral and phenolic resin, molded under high temperature to form FRP components. The product boasts excellent properties such as lightweight, high strength, non-deformability, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. It can partially replace molybdenum-containing stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys in corrosion prevention applications.

Axial Seal: Equipped with a WB2 type external mounted F4 corrugated mechanical seal, reliable sealing and long service life.

Transmission: The pump is directly driven by an electric motor through a claw-type elastic coupling.


II. Main Applications:


Glass-fiber reinforced plastic centrifugal pumps are ideal equipment indispensable for various industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, dyes, printing and dyeing, pesticides, and rare earths. They are designed to transport non-oxidizing acids (such as hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) that do not contain solid particles, are not prone to crystallization, and have temperatures not exceeding 100°C.
