I. Overview of FJX Forced Circulation Pump
The FJX Evaporation Crystallization Circulation Pump operates by utilizing the horizontal thrust generated by the impeller's rotation along the pump shaft, hence also known as a horizontal axial flow pump. It is primarily used in industries such as diaphragm method caustic soda, phosphoric acid, vacuum salt production, lactic acid, calcium lactate, aluminum oxide, titanium dioxide, calcium chloride, ammonium chloride, sugar production, molten salt, papermaking, and wastewater for evaporation, concentration, and cooling purposes. It is used to force circulation to enhance equipment production capacity and increase the heat transfer coefficient of heat exchangers. Therefore, it can also be referred to as an axial flow evaporation crystallization circulation pump.
Section II: Working Principle of FJX Axial Flow Pump
The FJX horizontal axially flow pump transfers liquids not through centrifugal force exerted by the impeller, but by the thrust generated by the rotating blades of the impeller, propelling the liquid along the pump shaft. Once the pump shaft is rotated by the motor, due to the spiral angle between the blades and the pump shaft axis, a thrust (or lift) is exerted on the liquid, pushing it out and along the discharge pipe. After the liquid is expelled, a partial vacuum is formed in the original position. Under the influence of atmospheric pressure, external liquid is drawn into the impeller through the inlet pipe. As long as the impeller continues to rotate, the pump can continuously intake and discharge liquids.
