ZXL Stainless Steel Corrosion-Resistant Self-Priming Pump Material:


1. Overcurrent parts and brackets: 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel

2. Mechanical Seal: Static Ring: Ceramic (SiC). Dynamic Ring: Graphite impregnated with furan resin.

3. Rubber Components: Fluororubber. Centrifugal pump made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.

4. Should the conveying medium or operating conditions not match the materials of this pump's configuration, alternative material options can be discussed.

Flow parts are paired with 316, shaft seals are available with poly PTFE. Or other types of static and dynamic rings, etc.


The main applications of the ZXL stainless steel corrosion-resistant self-priming pump:


The ZXL series pumps can handle fluids with temperatures not exceeding 90°C (direct coupling) or 105°C (with bearing bracket), containing or not containing fine soft particles or fibrous matter, corrosive or hygienic liquids. The ZXL series pumps also feature self-priming capabilities. Both series are widely used in industries such as food processing, beverages, wastewater treatment, chemicals, electroplating, dyeing, and fine chemicals.
